Things I Can't Do:

Be a part of a conversation without being a part of it.

Let me talk. Someone talk to me. I don't fucking care. Just let me actually partake in the conversation.

Don't tell me it doesn't include or concern me.

Don't let me listen in, but forbid me to talk.

I can't fucking do that.

It messes with my head too much and raises my anxiety like nothing else.

It should be my choice as to whether or not I partake in a conversation.
