Careline Multi Stick Review
So Careline has recently released a whole line of multi sticks with different purposes. It is sold at Php 199 which is a really good price for drugstore products. It has 6 variants which are Blur, Brighten, Contour, Strobe, Peach, and Rose (contour is the only one I don’t have). It contains 5 grams of product which is actually a lot for a stick product, however the stick is a bit thick so when you twist it to the limit, it looks like its few only.
The packaging is quite simple. You twist the bottom to get more product and it’s sealed with a cap. The cap is also quite secure as it doesn’t remove easily so it’s good for travel. Swatches are below 👇
All these products are pigmented in one swipe. Coverage is buildable depending on your preference. I’ll show you how it looks like when blended 👇
All these were easily blended out. As you can see, the product appears to be more sheer compared to when you swatch it. The Blur stick helped cover my pores, and it is indeed comparable to Benefit’s Porefessional. The Brightening stick however, was too dark for me so I opted to use it for spot concealing, which did the trick. Between the Rose and Peach sticks, I actually prefer the Peach stick since it looks more natural and it’s easier to blend compared to the Rose Stick. The Strobe stick gives off a natural glow when blended out, but you can build it up to have a blinding glow if you wish. I’d definitely recommend these products for beginners since they’re easy to use.

Jan Lauren Beauty Review
So I recently bought the Lip and Cheek Balm from Jan Lauren Beauty (it’s another local makeup brand here). It sells for Php 180 ($2-3 I think) and it contains 5 grams of product. I got the shades Naked, Mauvelous, and Babe, however they have many more colors available from their shop.
The packaging is pretty simple but convenient for travel as it is not too big. When you open it, you’ll smell a sort of minty scent which is honestly a plus for me as I love good natural scents in makeup (The ingredients for this lip balm were beeswax, coconut oil, shea butter, micas, essential oil, and vitamin e)! They also have an extensive color range from nudes to reds to pinks. Swatches are below:
These swatches are multiple swipes of each color. Single swatches tend to come out more sheer as it is just a tint, so you can build it up depending on your preffered opacity. They are more matte compared to the Luna Organics Nude It Sticks, so it may tug a bit on your lips depending on how you apply them and how intense you want the color to be. Personally I love a good bold color so I tend to swipe it until you can obviously see what color it is.
Luna Organics Review
For today’s post, I have decided to review two products from Luna Organics (it’s a local makeup brand here in the Philippines), namely their iconic Autumn Clay Blush and their Nude It! Sticks. I ordered mine from chiccosmetics on Shopee (make sure to buy from official resellers because there are a LOT of fake Luna Organics also being sold in Shopee). As always, comments and suggestions are appreciated!
1.) Clay Blush
This clay blush retails for Php 220 (about $4) and is available in 3 shades, however I will only be reviewing one of them, specifically the shade “Autumn”. It is a handmade brand with vegan ingredients (Candellila Wax, VCO, Grapeseed Oil, Iron Oxide, and Shea Butter). You get 30g of product which is actually a decent amount for its affordable price. It goes on really smoothly when you swatch it plus the smell reminds me of Juicy Fruit (the chewing gum)! I’ll show a comparison of it swatched and blended below
Just a reminder, when dealing with clay blushes this pigmented, a light hand must be used, especially when swatching/applying (also this product is really creamy)! Otherwise you might apply too much and end up having to blend more than you realize. You can also use this as a lip tint since the formula is similar to most matte lip balms on the market.
Overall, this product lasts about 4-5 hours on my face which is quite normal for organic cream products, this gives me a natural sunkissed look despite it looking loud when swatched.
2.) Nude It Deluxe Set
This product is basically minis of each of their Nude It Lip Balms. It retails for Php 280 (also about $4) and it comes in a cute pouch! I noticed that this product is a bit more matte than the clay blush so it did dry my lips a bit, however that’s not really a big deal since most mattes are drying. Here are swatches below.
Of all the colors, truffle would be the one I’d use the least since it’s dark on me. However I’d use the other shades as an everyday color, partnering it with the clay blush. I also feel like this would look good on all skin tones!
