What is Your Opinion on Dumbledore?

So, today I was sitting at lunch and my friend and I somehow got onto the subject of Dumbledore. We both have the same opinion of Dumbledore: that he masqueraded as a hero and essentially raised Harry up like a pig for slaughter. aka- negative

My other friend friend however, had the audacity to say, “What are you guys talking about? Dumbledore is cool!” This comment led to an argument between the three of us that lasted all throughout the 45 minute lunch block. Then,  when we got to our (shared) STEM class and asked our teacher what her opinion of Dumbledore was- Her response: “That seems like a loaded question.” Fair enough...

Our STEM class is not allowed to talk about Dumbledore anymore until the teacher sets aside time for us to have that debate. She says she is going to set aside time for us to have that debate, and to keep out arguments in our back pockets. (As if it’s not always) I love my STEM teacher.
