Daniela Miramontes

I have a B.A. in communications with an emphasis in public relations from California State University, Bakersfield. Some of my biggest achievements include being the treasurer for the National Communication Association honors society, Sigma Chi Eta, at Bakersfield College and being a member of the CSUB chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA). I was also the marketing manager for The CSUB Runner Newspaper where I oversaw all marketing and advertising. With Kern County Probation Volunteer Services I have continued to grow and develop my marketing, networking, and creation skill set.

My first collaboration on an educational campaign initiative.

“It’s Possible” at Bakersfield College was a collaboration I helped inaugurate when I was working with the Bakersfield College Student Government. This is an initiative that faculty and staff incorporated throughout the campus in order to help student success rates increase and motivate students to do well on campus. This program is still active on the campus today.
