The Emotional Guidance Scale ~ It's All Relative

You will know you are moving toward manifesting your desires if you feel better than you just did. You will know you are resisting the manifesting of your desires if you feel worse than you just did. Using your emotions as indicators, you can always tell what the reality you are creating now is going to feel like.

Example: from a higher vibrational perspective like Positive Expectation, moving to a feeling of Contentment would be moving away from vibrational alignment. But if you were in a place of feeling Anger or Discouragement, moving towards Worry or Doubt would be moving in the right direction. Not to say that staying  worried or doubtful is what you should do, but even though you still don’t feel “good” you know you are moving toward alignment.   You typically cannot jump more than a few notches up the scale at a time. But there is no feeling you cannot eventually feel, if you stay aware of which way you are moving, vibrationally, at all times.
