my rules
⢠5k steps a day
⢠wl videos daily
⢠green tea or coffee for breakfast (<200 cals)
⢠96oz. of water
⢠no red meat
⢠no refined sugars *mostly pastries*
⢠heavy carbs are left for weekends
⢠no calorie rotation, e.g i have 300c left over I'll use them tmrw
⢠burn at least 200-300c daily
⢠purging is not a crutch; dont rely on it just dont overeat in the first place
