@itslori-grimes
don’t ever talk shit to me about andrea harrison or lori grimes okay they are both my baby girls and this fandom didn’t deserve them and how fantastically complex and beautiful they were
the day will come when i will be able to go into the Lori and Andrea tags and don’t have to block some stupid and misogynist hate post within the first three seconds.
I’m rewatching the third season of The Walking Dead and I would just like to say that anyone who hates Lori Grimes needs to get the hell outta my face because that woman is one of the strongest characters in the entire show and has said some of the most valuable things to her son and heck I’d like...
I would totally listen to her all day.
Best day of my life. I got like 15 hugs from her in 2 days, I was just so happy. :')
And off we go!
I'm about to just watch the final break, take a shower, and go to bed. Tomorrow is the day I meet my role model. And I'm so happy.
// So for my birthday, a good friend of mine made me a Lori figure. I love it a lot. <3
// I'M MEETING SARAH WAYNE CALLIES IN 17 DAYS. AHHH :D
Reblog if you actually liked Lori/Andrea from The Walking Dead
I’m doing an experiment, I want to see if people actually liked Lori or Andrea from The Walking Dead. I don’t like either of them, and I’ve never met anyone that genuinely like them
-- Is anybody with me now?
Lori watched in amusement as Claire took care of that walker. The things she’d do to be as quick as her. Lori knew that if she didn’t have Claire she’d be a treat for the undead. And she hated how she had no confidence in even surviving on her own. She knew time was running out. The horde that was back at the farm were onto them.
Lori watched as Claire ran back. She gave her a bit of a panicked look. Being pregnant and doing all this running was not good for her. She felt stupid for not being more careful. Or was it because of the fact that she didn’t take those pills? Lori shook her head and began running after Claire. The creatures were much slower than them, so they’d get away for sure.
But they better be prepared for what’s up ahead.
"Don’t worry." Claire murmured, reassuring her friend. Her eyebrows pulled together. At least Lori didn’t have incredibly horribly pregnancy hormones. They did have both the baby and the mother to worry about, but life was life and if Lori wanted that baby, then she did the right thing keeping it. Who knows, maybe the baby will grow up to become a savior in this apocalypse. A baby will always be a light in the darkness. "We just have to get away from this horde." She whispered, keeping her voice low — to keep from attracting any of the walkers.
"Then you have to promise me, you’ll rest. Deal?" It was a slight joke, but then again, Claire was hoping Lori would agree. The redhead did nothing but love to help, she was rescuer, a leader and always a friend. If someone needed a helping hand, Claire’s would always be out for them. Especially someone like Lori, still holding together a beautiful family in this hell, still with a smile on her face. Claire’s hand wrapped around Lori’s wrist, while her other hand held a bloodied hunting knife.
There was a slight pause, groaning going on around them. Groaning and moaning from the things that used to be humans — the things that just wanted nothing but to tear apart society. She breathed out, the chilly night air displaying her breath. There was a glow, just in the distance from the barn fire. That way was the farm. She thought, before pointing the opposite direction. “I propose this way.” Claire offered, with a soft smile.
Lori watched the heinous crowd of walkers as Claire ensured her of their plan. Claire was adroit, Lori would give her that, but it seemed like everyday more and more of those dead creatures overpowered the earth, and there was no possible way to earn back their world. It was gone. Lori repudiated the idea of never living a normal life again, for her baby, for her. But she couldn't give up. Her motherly side pushed her to stay alive. And that was exactly what she was going to do.
Lori finally turned her sight to Claire. She tried to accentuate everything that was going on, her thoughts rendering like crazy, but she finally calmed. She cracked a smile and looked at Claire bemusingly. "I'll get rest if you get rest." Lori replied calmly, tapping her Claire's slightly, comfortingly.
Lori paused at the eerie groans and moans as well, the cold breeze causing her to shiver a bit. She thought about her husband and her son, hoping they were somewhere safe and warm, while her and Claire were bedraggled and freezing. Lori glanced at Claire as she heard her speak, before nodding at her words and looking off to the way she proposed.
"Andrea." Lori replied relieved. "I didn’t know if anyone was around. Just concerned." She gave a soft smile. "Is everything okay around here?"
"Ya…" Andrea replied back. "Everything is fine, but are you okay?"
"I'm alright." Lori lied, she didn't want to be a burden to anyone. Being pregnant again really pushed the limits to lie, and she knew that. She knew soon enough that the group would make her a burden, which is the last thing so wanted, Her morning sickness' has been very daunting and risky so far, which left her pondering whether she should lie or not. Thoughts rendered Lori's mind on how much longer she could handle the pregnancy alone, since she still hasn't told anyone yet, before smiling again, to ensure Andrea she was okay for now. "So um.." she began, "You know any of the groups plans for today?"
"Anyone there?"
"Here." Andrea called out. "Everything okay?"
"Andrea." Lori replied relieved. "I didn't know if anyone was around. Just concerned." She gave a soft smile. "Is everything okay around here?"
