It’s Time To Go! || Spencer & ______
“Ugh!” Spencer growled as she paced the small hallway, “I am so done with this place! It’s time to get out of here,” She finally said, turning to face _________, a determined look on her face.
Spencer frowned as Emily began to apologize before taking a step away from Emily at her girlfriend’s admission. She knew her face had to portray the hurt and confusion she was feeling in that moment; a part of her knew that in this situation, in this place, she couldn’t afford to stay angry at her girlfriend but at the same time, that confession still made her heart ache. Spencer took a few shallow breaths, trying to process, “Em?” was all she could manage for a moment, “when?” she finally added. As that word crossed her lips, Spencer was jarred by a shriek coming from the speakers nearby. She immediately clasped her hands over her ears, “we have to get back to our rooms!” she screamed, eyeing her girlfriend, really wishing they had more time to finish their conversation but knowing it would have to wait as she turned, quickly making her way towards her room.
Spencer spared the blonde a minimal glare at her temper but decided to let it go. The brunette sat quietly, starring down into her cup, considering what the repercussions of drinking it would be; she couldn’t help but feel incessantly thirsty. She sighed, “Before I can adequately make a plan though, I am going to have to get some time to explore some more.” Spencer raised her thumb to her mouth, chewing on the loose skin that was there, “There has to be some kind of weakness in this bunker, I just have to find it.” She continued, keeping her voice low, hoping to avoid being picked up by a microphone, or draw too much attention to herself.
Dollhouse || Spencer ☆ Aria
Spencer sighed, feeling like she was missing the key piece to this puzzle, but she wasn’t sure how to find it. As she wandered down the small hallway, she trailed her hand aimlessly along the wall, her fingers finding only the small notches in the concrete. She heard Aria, quickly catch up to her and turned her head for a second to look at the smaller girl, giving her friend a very small smile, “Don’t worry Aria, we will figure out a way out of here, I just don’t know how yet,” she whispered quietly, hoping her words were a comfort to her friend.
Spencer glanced sideways at Hanna as she absentmindedly stirred the glass of tea in front of her. “Just relax Han,” she murmured back, “if you lash out; he or she might punish you and I would really rather that not happen,” she sighed under her breath, “Just stay calm for a while longer, I am trying to come up with a plan to get us out of her,” Spencer bit her bottom lip, knowing that at that moment, the statement she had just made was only a half truth. She really was looking for a way out but was no closer than she had been days before.
Spencer squeezed Emily’s hand gently as she took in their surroundings. She frowned and bit her bottom lip, “well there has to be some way to get out of here, A had to have a way to get us in so we just need to find that door,” she stated, her determination evident in her voice. After Spencer felt that she had assessed every single detail of the small area around them, she turned back to lock eyes with Emily, “I don’t know how yet Em, but I will find away to get us out of here.” She stepped closer to her girlfriend, wrapping one arm around the swimmer as she kissed the other girl’s temple.
The brunette felt like she had been hit in the gut, “Y-you brought me here?” she asked, her voice croaking as she took another step away from her cousin, “S-Stuart...why?” she asked, her face portraying the betrayal she was feeling.
Dollhouse || Spencer ☆ Aria
Spencer nodded slowly, listening to Aria talk and slowly pondering the area around them. As Aria started pacing, Spencer caught her eyes following her friend’s movement. At her friend’s vague compliment, Spencer gave her a small smile. “Well,” she finally said with a frown, “Maybe we should look around, how long does he, she, whatever, usually let us stay out of our room? And even though I’m not sure that I want to know, how do we know we have to go back to our room?” As she asked the questions she began to walk slowly down the hallway, taking in every detail in the walls that surrounded them
Spencer frowned at the mention of her cousin, “S-Stuart did this to us?” she asked feeling a bit hurt at the betrayal. Then as Hanna continued, Spencer frowned, “that’s awful, I can’t believe Stuart did this to us but I hope he is alright,” she said, unsure of what she was feeling. She nodded as Hanna mentioned their room, “well mine is a replica of my room from a couple of years ago, not my room now.” She sighed, and glanced down at the clothes she and Hanna were wearing, and the quickly shook her head. “This is all so messed up,” she added after a second, “we have got to figure out how to get the hell out of here.”
Spencer’s head jerked up when she heard Stuart’s voice, her eyes narrowing. The brunette couldn’t remember much but she knew that Stuart’s face was the last one she saw before waking up here. “Stuart?” she asked quietly, cocking her head to the side, “w-where are we?” she continued, taking a small step backwards away from her cousin as he approached, feeling oddly apprehensive about him, “and h-how did we get here?”
Spencer glanced down at the clothes she was wearing and cocked her eyebrow, she was wearing her old tartan sweater and dress slacks. “Wow, this is quite the throwback look,” she said, trying to laugh; but the sound died on her lips before it started. “Well I’m glad everyone’s okay,” she finally added with a sigh, running her hand through her hair, her other hand reaching out to touch Emily. Spencer needed the physical reassurance that her girlfriend was there. “We need to get out of here,” she said after a deep breath.
Dollhouse || Spencer ☆ Aria
Spencer sighed as she looked around her again, taking in the dark cold walls, she tried to steady her breaths but they were still coming out ragged and raspy. She felt a bit of relief wash through her as Aria said she had seen Emily, just knowing her girlfriend was safe made Spencer’s anxiety level begin to drop. She nodded, “yeah, underground makes sense,” she stated with a shiver, running her hand along the concrete wall. “We have to find the others and figure out how to get out of here,” she finally said, strengthening her resolve as she turned to look at Aria, a new fire burning in her eyes.
After her initial flash of panic in the past, Hanna had figured out that if anything, calmness had to be the key to freedom. She had managed to get out of this room before but screaming like a maniac had never been very helpful there. Evidently, she was right. After merely half a minute of peace and quiet, the lock clicked open, granting her access to an abandoned, bare hallway. Hesitantly getting up, the blonde peeked her head out of the doorway after open the door, to her surprise hearing a very familiar voice - was that Spencer of all people? So Stuart really had brought her here. Damn, how she had wished he had just fantasised that or something. Who knew what sort of drugs A gave them. “Spencer?” She cautiously called out. “Spence, it’s me, Hanna. Where are you?” She inquired, taking a step out of her room.
The brunette heard a voice ring through the corridor around her, “Hanna,” she finally said, sighing in relief, as she quickly started towards the direction Hanna’s voice had come from. As she reached a nearby doorway, Spencer caught sight of her friend, “Han, do you know where we are?” she asked, “or how we got here?” Spencer wasn’t sure what exactly was happening, but she knew her head a was still spinning and it was aching incessantly, and she raised her hands to massage her temples while she waited for her friend’s response.
Emily had seen Aria,Hanna and even a girl she barely knew.Faye.But still no sign of Spencer she had grown nervous that something could have happened to the skinny brunette.She knew Hanna had told her there was a possibility that Spencer was safe and sound back at their apartment but she had a suspicion this wasn’t true.
There was a room not to far from hers,it was like any other room in this creepy place.The door was locked but then she heard the door clicked and someone’s head popping out.Then she heard the voice she had desperately longed for,Spencer.She was okay,or as okay as you can be for being in this place.She ran up to the brunette “Spencer!”She yelled hugging her as tight as she could.”You’re here!”
Spencer felt herself relax as soon as she heard her girlfriend’s voice, “Em,” she whispered just as the other girl threw her arms around her. Spencer didn’t hesitate to quickly return the other girl’s hug, holding Emily close for a few moments, almost forgetting where they work, “thank God you’re safe,” she finally said, pulling back to look into Emily’s eyes but never completely letting her go.
“You are okay, right?” she asked after a second, “do you know where we are? or how we ended up here?” she continued, still feeling a bit woozy from the drugs she was given when she was taken. As she talked, Spencer gently traced her fingers over the skin on Emily’s arm, taking comfort in the other girls presence.
Dollhouse || Spencer ☆ Aria
Running down the hallway, Aria stopped dead in her tracks and almost toppled into a girl who had poked her head out of a doorway. “Spencer?” Aria called out, her tone questioning if she was actually seeing Spencer or not. “Oh my god, it is you. Are you okay? When…when did you get here?” The doors in the doll house would randomly open and let people out at different times, Aria came to find out. So far, Spencer was the fourth person she had encountered. Aria’s breathing had started evening out, once her door unlocked this past time, Aria took off to try and get a bearing of her surroundings. Before waiting for Spencer to reply, Aria slipped past Spencer and into the bedroom. “Yours looks identical to your room back home as well…”
Spencer sighed in relief as she was nearly bowled over by her small friend, “Aria,” she breath, “yeah, I guess I’m okay, I still feel pretty funny...where are we exactly?” she asked, her brow furrowing as she watched Aria slide past her into her makeshift bedroom. Spencer nodded wordlessly at Aria’s comment as her eyes scanned the room once more and she felt a shiver run down her spine. “yeah, its quite eery. H-have you seen anyone else?” she asked quietly, her mind automatically jumping to Emily as she felt her panic level begin to rise again, she needed to know that her girlfriend was alright.
Spencer could feel herself floating back into consciousness and cautiously opened one eye, immediately groaning at the searing pain that flashed behind said eye. As she rolled over, planning to bury herself in Emily’s pillow, Spencer realized she wasn’t in the bed in her apartment but was instead in what appeared to be her old room from her parents house. Despite the pain, Spencer quickly opened her eyes and sat up, looking around and trying to recall the events that lead to this moment.
She remembered leaving the pool party to take some stuff back to her Mom’s, and she vaguely remembered Stuart showing up but not really anything after that.She blinked her eyes heavily before slowly sliding off of the bed, walking cautiously, her footsteps feather-light as she made her way towards the doorway. She immediately grasped the handle, turning it, originally to no avail as she felt the panic start to creep up into her chest, “hello!” she called, her voice cracking. Spencer briefly wondered how long she had been out, where her friends were, where Emily was...She was nearing a form of hysteria when she heard a click and the door popped open. She took an extra step, holding her breath, and poked her head out into a dimly lit hallway, “Hello?” she asked again, “is-is there anyone there?”
