Not that he’d had anything to hide from Tris, but he still hadn’t wanted her to see. When she caught him relaxing in the tub, though, he knew he probably owed her an explanation as to why he was covered in bruises and he wasn’t looking forward to that talk at all. “I’ve had worse, you know.” Maybe that’d help.

Eyes blinked open in surprise, but he didn’t fight it. He helped Eric maneuver him out of the tub and let the other lead him over to the couch which is where he sat down and Eric started to patch up his wounds. “I’m still stronger than you.” He smirked.
