TO ALL THE ARMYs WHO THINK LOVE YOURSELF WILL BE A LOVE STORY BECAUSE OF THE HIGHLIGHT REEL. LEAVE THE FANDOM. WE DON’T NEED SHALLOW PEOPLE LIKE YOU. I WON’T ASK YOU TO READ THIS. YOU CAN SCROLL AWAY IF YOU WANT TO.
You are all stupid. Seriously... Yes. I think you are all stupid. I’m not gonna sugarcoat this because it is true. I have been a quiet person in the internet. Just enjoying memes, stories, and everything about the things that I love. This is the first time I’m gonna say something about BTS. I have been following BTS for 4 years and I don’t think BigHit isn’t as shallow as to revolve the whole concept on just a love/romantic story. They are not teenagers. They are grown-ass men who happened to be very into what they do and don’t do it just for fun or money or fame. They do this because the love this and want to make an impact, a difference in the world. First of all, BigHit is all about art and music. Through though methods, BigHit will be able to do what their slogan is all about. Music for healing.
You guys are so shallow to think that it is a love story just because there’s a girl. Smh... I’ve never been more disappointed in the fandom than this. Clearly, you don’t know how things work in BigHit. Everything is a clue, a cypher, and everything has meaning.
I’m gonna say my piece about the whole HYYH to Wings era. Theories about who died and whatnot... Those are not literal.
First of all, HYYH is about youth. The when you still try to discover yourself. And the story might be through Jin’s perspective since the Notes has been out. It feels as if those are flashbacks, memories and wishes of Jin.
The party. The party happened near the beach just as Jin had explained in The Notes. All those partying in Run and INU are his memories. And some are his hallucinations of wanting them to be all together.
I’ve watched and read a lot of theories and I still hate seeing theories of death and such. Remember, BigHit is about art. Art may be either passive or aggressive. And in most of those extreme scenes from HYYH to Wings, the scenes are too aggressive. Very unrealistic. Interpretations to the extreme.
I remember watching a reaction video in YT by classical musicians. I have a minor in music but I didn’t realize that Run used a very familiar tune from a very famous movie. I just realized it when they pointed out that it was from Inception. That supported my theory that HYYH started as real life and went to somewhat a lucid dream for Jin.
To those who don’t know what dreams are. These are things that you have seen and had been somehow a part of your life. From nonsensical things like a pen to more important things like your memories to your fears and everything about you. It doesn’t have to be something that you remember. It has something to do with your subconscious. So all references, even though makes sense, are just part of Jin’s dream. So all references don’t mean anything at all. Those are just because (we are gonna assume) that Jin’s character had seen those stuff, interacted with it at some point, that his subconscious mixed it in his dreams.
Then comes Wings. Wings era in my opinion has received the heaviest form of aggressiveness on art from BigHit. Everything was colorful, bright and exaggerated. Wings might have been part of Jin’s lucid dreams where he sees everything that went wrong with him and his friends. His fears of them killing themselves. His regrets that he didn’t help them. His fond memories of them. And everything that he went through his life and what he remembers of his friends’ life stories.
Now let’s go to Love Yourself theories. D*mn it... This is where I really hate some ARMYs especially some translators who always like to make things a big deal when it is not. I said SOME, NOT ALL.
First of all, that whole HYYH Prologue Pt.0. Are you really sure that Love Yourself is the prologue? BigHit might have been giving off off (It is typed twice purposely.) hints for a while since most ARMYs like to play detective all the time. Here’s my piece about it. The prologue is HYYH itself. It opened the story. On how they were when they were young to suddenly falling apart and succumbing themselves to the dark side of being a youth. And they fell apart from each other.
Two, the girls. Love Yourself looks like the story in between. The time when the boys are apart (except Jimin and Hoseok) and how they picked up themselves. And at one point in those boys’ lives, those girls meant something to them. The girls may be a part of why they decided to truly accept themselves. To truly love themselves. Or the girls might be their turning point. Their reason as to why they want to love themselves. It’s not necessary that they liked the girl. The most important thing is they regarded that person as someone who had may have a little or big impact on them.
I feel like Love Yourself would now revolve around what happened to them after the fight (accdg to the Notes), and what happened to their pasts for them to become like that. The Epilogue was out already too. So we will all see what happened in between.
SO IF YOU THINK BIGHIT IS THAT SHALLOW TO JUST USE A LOVE/ROMANTIC STORYLINE, YOU DON’T DESERVE TO BE AN ARMY. LEAVE.
Also, one more note, that ending in BST Japanese version. Jin said “Long time no see.” to a PURPLE-HAIRED Namjoon. Let that sink in. *mic drop*
EDIT: OH AND EXCUSE ME IF THE BOYS WANTED TO TOUCH MORE MATURE TOPICS. THEY ARE AGEING AND THEIR CHARACTERS IN THE MVs ARE TOO, IF YOU DON’T KNOW. SO YEAH... THERE WILL COME A TIME THAT THEIR CHARACTERS WILL MEET SOMEONE. I think some are too bitter that those girls get to interact with them. Smh... Please also leave possessive people. BTS doesn’t need you.
