The Internet Diet !!!!!

We will start with What does it mean digital detox?It's just. It seems to me that is a rest from sociable media and the Internet in all. Digital world have positive sides and on the other hand negative.

What is bad in technology?

1. We have sleep disorder.

2. We don't remember as use our brain.

3. We forget as think, because it is more easily find information in the Internet.

4. We feel stressed and depressed and find it harder to concentrate.

5. We have addiction technology.

What is good in digital world?

1. We can fast information.

2. We can call and chatted with our friends on phone.

3. We can plan our time and do multitasking.

4. We can watch movie and listen music.

5. Students can study in Internet.

Obviously, that Internet and technology have bad and good sides.

How join in digital detox? At first, begging morning with coffee, but not with phone. You should go to sleep without your phone. You should to create zero-digital day. We can celebrate International day without Internet in the last day summer.

To sum up I want to say that you accept the decision as use their time.
