Ever since i started being a fan of Finn Wolfhard i saw other “fans” making sexualizing comments and posts about him, and seeing how it was just normalized? thats not okay.

From minor till adult, he grew up being heavily sexualized. People started making posts, videos, comments saying weird stuff about him, and its still happening till now. Again, he was just a kid when fans even other celebrities sexualized him. He did nothing to deserve that.

The sexualizing has gone so bad he had to publicly say that he wasnt comfortable with it. Mind you, teenagers arent the only ones who are doing this—even people who are way older than him.

Sexualizing isnt the only problem that is happening right now. He has been one of the most humble celebrities ive ever seen in my life, yet he gets treated like he isnt human. People start attacking him, sexualizing him, going past his limits, just straight up disrespecting a person they probably never even met.

Im repeating this once more because its so messed up it HAS to be adressed. He was just a kid when people started sexualizing him, dont you see how disturbing that is?

Finn Wolfhard isnt just an actor or singer you can drool over but human, human just like us. We have to learn how to respect and treat people the same no matter if they’re famous or not.

And this doesnt go for Finn Wolfhard only, theres other people going through the same problems. Stuff like this started to get more and more normalized like its some joke when its not.

after going to finn’s concert, i can wholeheartedly understand why he hates his fans. (hate is a strong. dislikes? has been annoyed by them in the past?)

the tldr of this is that the chicago concert just ended and the encore “happy birthday” song got lowkey ruined by this guy yelling “mike” into the audience. finn looked annoyed. i was too.

i think it is interesting how many people still associate finn with his mike character when he SO CLEARLY wants people to stop. the man buzzed his head because he felt the hair made him mike (i’m not quoting directly, he said something similar in an interview). watching him perform live—the man clearly just wants to sing his indie boy music and perform his music and have fun. i can’t imagine how sick he is of being called mike.

i grew up with him; i’m the same age as him. i understand the parasocial elements of it all. but i think there should be a line of respecting finn as an artist, aka removing him from any acting role he’s done when he’s on stage. not to mention that i’d be you $100 that he guy who yelled it was a man just dragged along by his girlfriend or daughter. can’t you just—to put it bluntly—shut up and watch? buy a beer or sit down. there was a boyfriend in front of me who was clearly dragged along, and he was able to shut up and be visibly bored without yelling things.

my partner, right after the encore, said “i understand why he hates his fans.” and as someone who grew up on kpop stan twitter, i completely get why he’d be annoyed/uncomfortable by his fans. take a breath. he’s just a lanky guy who wants to sing.

if you’re going to his concert, please be respectful. don’t throw things on stage like someone did. have some basic etiquette. he’s finn all the time, but especially when he’s on stage. stop attaching him to a character—yes he’s played him for a long time, but finn is much more interesting than michael wheeler.

why is it so damn hard to find photos of a specific character in a series or movie that has the smallest fandom ever, i cant even take my own photos without getting a weird photo of the characters looking distorted like someone just fucking farted in there face

i just need photos for reasons, like making pins, drawings, even printing them onto cardboard.. i just cant find a photo of the character please im only getting those weird ass getty photos..

i just desperately and hopelessly scroll through tumblr, google, reddit, pinterest, and still NOTHING.. and i dont wanna take the photos myself because again.. im not good at it.

Ive been using the same photo because its the only decent one in all platforms and my work.. i cant do this anymore i swear

i dont care if this is ridiculously long im just venting my problems (yes i know there are other problems in the world bigger than this just let me be)

and yes this post is about lincoln loud from the REALLY loud house… PLEASE I NEED SEASON TWO PHOTOS I CSNT FIND ANY(send me some..?)
