My niece asked me to teach her to crochet but I was finding it a little difficult because she’s left-handed and I couldn’t really show her exactly what to do. So I’ve been learning to crochet left-handed.

We tried again today and she can do a chain. Her stitches are quite tight but it’s progress for us both.

Thinking about if I were to do another Surprise Trade Crochet Badge Quest, would I do it in BDSP or SwSh?

SwSh has more possible Pokemon to be traded and I get access to Surprise Trade earlier than BDSP, where I'd have to wait until after the first gym.

Being only 8 badges in each would mean it should hypothetically take me half the time to make that series than the Scarlet one. So I could possibly get that out before Winds and Waves releases.

Is it crazy if I buy tickets to see Twice in Seoul next month? I don’t even know if I could get the time off work

Seeing Twice live was amazing! I was nervous about going solo but I don’t think that was an issue once I was there. My gripes were that everyone around me sat in silence and filmed the show on their phones. I think I need to be down there at the barricade so I can dance and sing.

Spent too much money at the pop up store

Saying goodbye to these two poops tonight. My sister comes back from Italy and so they get to return home.

This hat has taken me all week. I hate doing all the little bits.

I have the crochets for my next 3 videos mostly done. I just haven’t really felt like editing the footage together.

I can try and get the Salamence video out next week at least.

I recorded the gameplay for episode 16 tonight and got the episode 17 trade. Just one more to go after that.

I still haven't received Pokemon from four typings; Rock, Fighting, Bug, and Poison, which means that at least two of those will not be represented in crochet. Unova is the only region without representation either.

Couldn't help myself and recorded the rest. All the trades are now complete, the Pokemon I'll crochet is set in stone.

Unova ended up getting no reps, neither did the Fighting or Bug types. You may be able to guess the final Pokemon from that.

There’s this old guy that comes into the cafe daily, gets the same drink everyday. Today he tells me “has anyone ever said what a lovely young man you are? You’re always very kind” and I thank him for saying so. Then he goes “I’m not saying that like I’m coming onto you. I’m straight. Not that there’s anything wrong with that. Are you straight?” And I just say “..no”. He goes “I can tell” !!

I think he meant well but it was an odd interaction
