I genuinely don’t understand people ai generating posters that are just text. I’m seeing them in business windows everywhere and it’s always the same distressed font. Open up a word processor and type it out yourself?

My manager has generated one for an upcoming coffee evening and I don’t know if I should be the “coworker that’s too woke” and offer to work that evening so long as I can remake the poster.

Man, I used to watch this food blogger on YouTube all the time pre-pandemic. I haven’t watched him in years and I saw him pop up on my subscriptions recently. All his thumbnails are AI now…

All the food looks gross and strange and some of the thumbs show a man that clearly isn’t him.

How do you look at it and think “yes, this looks just like me and the food featured in this video!”? Like just take a pic of you with the food, grab a screenshot from the video. It’s not hard, especially for a guy with millions of subscribers.

I’m thinking of something like this for my Safari Week thumbnail. Rhyhorn has been my target across 8 games so I wanted to highlight that.

I‘ve seen people online complaining about Momo using this PSA 9 Suicune as an accessory and slapping it on her face. So?

She probably just likes the look of the Pokemon. I think being loved, even if just temporarily for an aesthetic purpose, is so much better than what scalpers do to the game. Enjoy Pokemon however you want.

Years ago when I was at university, I did a Screenwriting class and we had an industry professional give us feedback on our scripts. He’d record his thoughts and uploaded the video unlisted on YouTube.

For some reason he began my friend Edward’s review by calling him Edjamin. Edjamin became a funny nickname and the video got lost to time. Until today!

Edjamin somehow dug it up, still available on YouTube after 12 years. It’s just as funny and it’s honestly made my day seeing it again.
