so i watched zomst round 1 again and i noticed something.

at the end of the song, zombie mizi starts singing that lullaby right? and the whole time she keeps on the same blind, mindless smile she's had the whole show

but then, the second she finishes singing, it's an abrupt jump to this

she suddenly gasps and her smile drops immediately. we seem to think that mizi's too far gone to understand anything or respond to anything anymore, but what if she isn't? what if this is like an obsession situation where she's like. fighting her own body. she's still in there, but the "zombie" thing is more like possession (or since this is about the idol industry) dissociation. she doesn't have her eyes to tell us what she was feeling here, but she definitely seemed shocked. maybe even scared. this happens after the show, and while sua is getting her arm chopped off.

when sua held her hand, she didn't reciprocate, probably because she couldn't feel it or didn't have the mobility to do it. at the dartboard scene, her arm was limp. understandable. she's a zombie.

and sua had to turn her head to kiss her and she most likely didn't reciprocate the kiss either because yeah. no mobility.

what if here, the "real her" peaked through? she realized what happened? she realized sua's there? she realized what sua did to her?
