I have some really horrible news.
I broke my damn foot. It takes three months to completely heal. I can't drive for 6 weeks, I'm off of work for 2 (i go back for another assessment in two weeks and they'll tell me if I'm good to go back) but the thing that I'm worried about the most IS NOT WORKING OUT. Of course this what happen when I find a routine that I am absolutely in love with, seeing results that are awesome, and actually feeling myself get stronger. I'm just so mad and upset that I don't know what to do. I finally had this whole weight-loss journey in my head, and now this shit happens. Any routine that I've been doing is COMPLETELY HALTED because of this. IS THERE ANYONE THAT HAD AN INJURY AND HAD TO STOP THEIR ROUTINE? If so, could you give me some pointers on how to cope with it and how to cope with not working out????? This is the first bone I've ever broken Guys, I'm so mad that I can't even put it into words. When I go back in two weeks I'm going to ask to go to the gym and work on my upper body. I do have to keep telling myself that this will pass, and there's people who have it a lot worse. But I'm just so mad because of course this would happen when I'm finally in a kick ass routine and loving it. I have the best case scenario too. I can walk on it, which is amazing but it still hurts like mo fo when I do but I'm just so annoyed.

-lose five pounds -take a before picture July 1st -take a after picture July 31st -workout 5 days a week -do Bodypump at least once a week -lift a little heavier -have the changes in the MIRROR affect me more than the changes on the SCALE -start to love the process -take my pup for a walk at least 5 days a week -have one cheat day a week ONLY ONE -weigh myself once a week -stop fretting about little things -keep my room tidy -work and make dat money -save save save money -read 3 books
I love how not only are these women different skin tones but they’re also different body types. sometimes the world can be okay
