Retailer Hudson's Bay Co on Sunday disclosed that it was the victim of a security breach that compromised data on payment cards used at Saks and Lord & Taylor stores in North America.

Hmm, Sessions and DOJ say they will now enforce marijuana laws.  That path leads to the elimination of a source of income for States...thus making States more dependent on Federal funding...and subject to more Federal oversight/regulations...looks like a power grab to me, but then again I'm a bit odd.

First I remember an episode of GI Joe from my childhood.  Then I remember some research I did on HAARP awhile back.  And then I read a story on MSN about a ‘bomb-cyclone’. And then..I wonder if any other countries out there like Russia for example might be experimenting with this technology as well?  But then I remember the UN banned the use of weather modification techniques for the purpose of inducing damage or destruction.
