i only lost 5lbs the last week and a half and now i’m stuck.. i used to lose 8lbs a week bro and i was eating flipz pretzels as a meal
cheer started back up 😩.. conditioning and running laps around the track in the sun and not eating anything but a fruit bowl makes me feel so happy . also made my myself throw up for the first time today because i binged on chocolate after having such a good week
