I’m sorry I think I just will never like Jiang Cheng and Mu Qing. Like I get them (at least JC) but at the same time it feels like they’re assholes just because.

If you see this no you didn’t but Type’s problem is that he’s a crazy person and like literally the definition of “I got overly angry about this thing but now it’s too late to take it back” and that’s like you know whatever he’s a very interesting character but Tharn just happens to be a confusing pushover who is easily manipulated into doing things that would make anyone angry, in addition to being boring. Like there are such big chunks of the drama where I’m like “why are you together”

Yo I was watching HiStory3: mdoc and I got a question just about shows in general. Why do people always get horny at their own homes where family could walk in at anytime. Like more shows than I can count have a scene where people try to get it on in their bedroom with family downstairs or something and in this they literally start making out in the very open family area in the previously established “never locked” house 😭. It’s like they were asking to get caught.

Is it wrong that I feel like instead of trying to buy Tharn drinks, Type should just seduce him. Like take your shirt off and spill some water or something. Tharn is not made of iron 🙄. (I understand it’s product placement though)

Type confuses~ me like you’re bothered by this one thing about your roommate that hasn’t been a problem until you made it a problem and now that it’s a problem he hates and ignores you. Why would you continue to provoke him??? Ignore him and find somewhere else to live. I really am trying to understand him better and I know he has trauma but I don’t get him.

Rewatching tharntype as well... why I don’t know. I’m very critical of the series but I managed to find its ending satisfying.

My new favorite trope is when a character says something like “I’ve liked you/felt this way for a while” and the show flashes back and shows you the memories from the beginning of the characters relationship. I especially like when it’s been longer than the audience expected.
