On the left, It shows the result of having barriers in communication. Barriers may lead to confusion and misunderstanding. Information Overload is an example of barrier in communication. We must avoid saying to much or overloading information. People will get bored and you must consider if the audience is interested or can understand or take in such information. We should consider what is their level of understanding. On the right, It shows how to have a effective communication and how to overcome barriers. Like in having conversation we must have consistency, clearness, eye contact to our audience/ Receiver and etc.
