These letterpress business cards are made using Hii River Washi paper. The washi paper and design were provided by the customer as specified, and we handled only the letterpress printing. The washi paper with its distinctive edges has a unique presence, doesn't it?

The design and paper stock were specified by the client, and we handled the letterpress printing portion. The illustration is printed using conventional printing, while the logo and text are letterpress printed, creating a combination of techniques.

We created letterpress business cards for Oka Joinery. These cards are made using double-sided letterpress technology on 1mm thick paper. The simple finish enhances the embossed shadows. This time, the customer was from Nagasaki Prefecture. Nagasaki is also the birthplace of letterpress printing. This was a job that was made possible through a fortunate connection.

I embossed the logo to create raised letters. The raised shadows on the paper create a lovely effect.

We produced

original letterpress cards of the World Heritage Site “Iwami Ginzan Silver Mine Ryugenji Mahei”!

The tunnels are printed on black cardboard with a hint of white ink.

The text and miners are finished in silver.

The white ink was left transparent to blend in with the paper.

The silver changes its expression depending on the angle of the light, and combined with the indentations of the letterpress, has a unique presence.

Illustrations and design are by local artist komemikan (@kokemikan).

The delicate lines match perfectly with the unevenness of the letterpress, creating a very nice finish.

The printing industry is often a gloomy topic, and we are making printing aloha shirts under the theme of "To all people involved in printing" in the hope that people can enjoy a fun and interesting printing life. Although there may be limited circumstances in which you can actually wear the aloha shirt to work, we hope that people will use it in a variety of situations, whether for everyday wear or for work.

The printed aloha shirt (IZUMO) is designed with the motif of our hometown "Izumo".

It is made of soft cotton material, which is breathable as well as comfortable and relaxing to wear.

This product is an original item that is carefully produced one by one by a clothing craftsman, giving each piece a premium impression. Because the shirts are made to order, it takes approximately one month after ordering, but we will deliver a special shirt just for the customer who ordered it.
