When you’re in a state of anger, when you’re sad, when you’re devastated, when you feel like crying,
Cry as much as you want. Cry in your sujood. Cry when you do'a.
I promise,
Allah is As-Samï’ (السميع) The One whose hearing and attention comprehends everything
Allah is Al-Mujīb (المجيب) The One who answers prayers. The One who responds to needs.
Allah is Al-‘Alim (العليم) The One who is intuitively aware of all things, even before they happen.
When you rely only on Allāh, Everything will get better, time to time.
The Prophet salallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said, “Truly in the body there is a morsel of flesh which, if it be sound, all the body is sound and which, if it be diseased, all of it is diseased. Truly it is the heart. [al-Bukhaaree, Muslim]” May we always keep checking and re-checking the state of our hearts.
