Hello!!!! i hope you dont mind answering this,, but ive been itching to ask an artist for some tips on using paypal for doing art commissions. im new to it and pretty nervous abt using it since ive heard others complain it wasn't safe n stuff. ive tried looking around for ideas but im quite desparate.

A few tips or two will help if you can! and thank you, love your cool work sm <3 (especially Eddsworld and Epic)

hello! i don't know if i'm the best person to answer this as i've only recently signed up for paypal's services, but it hasn't failed me yet and i haven't had any issues or anything of that sort with using it, linking it to things, etc. :'^)

if anything, for commissions i personally recommend using ko-fi and *linking* your paypal to that if you are anxious of your personal information (primarily your legal name) being "out there". do know your clients will still see your personal info as far, but it restricts the general visibility to people who actually go through with payment which is already arguably safer than linking your paypal for any and everyone to view (if that makes sense).
