I always see Bylers go “well El’s dead so Mike can’t be with someone who’s dead.” I fucking hate that ngl. It’s so gross to celebrate a young girl dying, especially one who was abused most of her life, just so your ship can happen. Mike literally said he loved her and protected her. You all clearly hate El. And then people say “oh but I actually love El more than Mileven” mhm sure. You love her so much you celebrate her dying and want Mike with Will instead? hotter take: MOST of these debates wouldn't exist if Finn was a better actor. I think the awkwardness people pick up on in mileven scenes is because finn is just awkward! it's there in the byler scenes too but obviously people see what they want. that's also why he looks at everyone's lips, including his sister's. mike does that because he does that, not the other way around.

Please pardon my French, but I find it astonishing how it's been 6 months since the finale. But every single day, I still see some byler make a stupid post in their endeavour of proving the ship canon, somehow the most vile milevens on the earth find it and who show their true colors by throwing 200 horrific homophobic slurs at Will.

It's always funny how they accuse bylers who prefer/exclusively like bottom Will as heteronormative or other insults when this is the shit some bottom Mike fans say.

I don't hate bottom Mike/Top Will as much as I simply do not find it buzzy, it's not for me, I don't enjoy it, so why the hell would I force myself to. Just like you have the right to like this and not enjoy bottom Will/top Mike.
