Hi! I came across your blog because of the posts on tlou2 and I have to say that I totally agree with everything you've said. Now, I always see both the developers of the game and the fans insisting that Abby and Ellie are the mirror of each other (when they clearly are not) and she is also compared to Joel (this video is an example: https://youtu.be/ChmB98UWEQY?si=NIAyy02kw4aOw6RP), what is your opinion on this?

yeah, I’ve talked about this a little bit before. no I don’t see abby and ellie as mirrors of each other at all and it’s honestly farcical to me that people do and I equally don’t think abby mirrors joel either though I can kind of see more they were attempting that wrt her relationship w lev vs his with ellie but they executed it badly and missed what they were going for imo. if you go through my anti tlou2 tag you might find more detailed thoughts!

Do you really think season 2 of tlou will flop? For now it feels like everyone is hype about it (critics and the audience). It's scary to voice even a slightly critical opinion about it (but maybe that's just tumblr).

i mean! i don’t think it’ll flop in terms of having good viewership and reviews but if ppl aren’t engaging w it on social media like they did s1 that makes me happy and is deserved! again im able to scroll pretty far down my dash until i come to a tlou post which I couldn’t do during s1 the Monday after a new ep was out.

How do you feel about Yellowjackets S3?

it was so bad im quitting

it was very bad but im never leaving

it was kind of bad but i dont feel strongly about it

it had it's ups and downs but i mostly didn't like it

i genuinely feel neutral about it

i think it was good enough despite the Issues, i liked it

depending on the size of the gif and how much text there is I change the size to either 16 or 18. hope that helps!

When TLOU season 1 was airing, my dash was so full of posts that there must have been hundreds every day after a new episode aired.

This turn out is really just sort of pathetic and I love it.
