Given that the campaign is winding down, I figured I'd just say that people are allowed to not like the way C2 is wrapping up. They're allowed to say that they would've preferred the story to go somewhere else and that they're disappointed at how things have ended.
CR is not "just a couple of friends playing dnd" anymore. It hasn't been for a long time. Each of the cast has upwards of 100,000 followers on social media, they sell dozens of merch items in 3 different stores, their kickstarter raised over 11 million dollars, and Amazon is bankrolling season 2 of their animated series. They're a company making a product and people are allowed to criticise said product without being dogpiled for it. Even if something out of line does come up and you have the opportunity to respond, CR doesn't need you to fight their battles.
Should people be tagging the cast or quote tweeting them with complaints about the narrative? No, absolutely not. But, tweeting about how you wished there could've been an assembly arc has never been and will never be harassment.
Finally, you liking how the story has turned out doesn't mean you get to treat those who didn't like shit. Your opinion is no more valid than theirs. Leave people alone.
