Hi OP, I’m gonna hijack your post because stuff like this makes me vibrate with excitement because I’ve done so much research on topics like this.

Jack is estimated to be between 5’8” (172.7 cm) to 6’0” (182.9 cm), based on various height charts people have compiled. Based on his picture next to his voice actor Chris Pine (who is 6’0) and Bunny’s canon height of 6’1, is wager he’s probably closer to the 5’8 than the 6’0.

Hiccup is 6’1 (185.45 cm) and Astrid is 5’9 (175.26 cm) according to their character profiles on the dreamworks website.

Elsa is 5’7 (170.18 cm) and Anna is 5’5 (165.10 cm) as confirmed by Jennifer Lee:

Merida is between 5’4” and 5’6” (based on her height requirement for her Disney parks actor), which means she’s probably 5’5” (165.10 cm)

And Rapunzel’s height requirement is between 5’3” - 5’7”, I’d say she definitely on the shorter side though since Eugene’s about a head taller than her and they say he’s 6’1. I think I prefer her at 5’3 (160.02 cm) or 5’4 (162.56 cm).

Let's meet Jack, who has been locked up in that tower that he considers his home for 18 years; he doesn't know the outside world since in the words of his mother "It's a dangerous place" for someone with such precious power as he possesses... However, everything changes when a thief meets him unexpectedly.

Well in my AU Jack doesn't have long hair, instead he and Gothel make it work with a rope.

Not having long hair makes me not love the idea that power is transmitted through it, so I simplified it in my mind, through his hands and singing.

We have a very homely Jack, who loves to cook, paint and create games together with his friend pascal.

There is no faithful frying pan since when he was a child he asked his mother for a sword like the one of those warriors his mother read about, then on his 10th birthday she gave him a 'magical' staff that would serve as any type of weapon he could wish.

On the other hand we have our thief Rapunzel Rider... who will be able to help Jack fulfill his dream of going out to see the outside world.
