Hello gorgeous.
Langhe Nebbiolo 2012 Costa Stefanino 13% Light red with good fruity things happening like you took a strawberry, a blueberry and a little cherry, made them less sweet and brought them together. Try again.
Subirat Parent White 2013 Partida Creus Massís de Bonastre Catalunya My new favorite white. Very light and summery yet dry and flavorful. Coming in at a low 11.5%
Grignolino D'Asti Agostino Pavia & Figli 2012 Piedmont 13% Just popped this open. Figured I post it before drinking so I don't forget. The last great bottle I had I forgot. Huge loss for me. You probably don't care but know you missed something special if you did ... care. Super light. Super dry. I chilled it for a bit but that wasn't necessary. Lots of nice strawberry going in there. Mix that with some minerality (is that a word?) any way. It's good.
Domaine Faillenc Saint Marie Corbières French 14% Honestly has some flavor or dark greens like Kale. But in a great way. That earthy tone you get from olive oil is there too. It's complex but drinkable. Not very fruity but what fruit there is is dark. Yet, in the end, it's medium bodied and tasty.

When the cost of collecting information on virtually every interaction falls to zero, the insights that we gain from our activity, in the context of the activity of others, will fundamentally change the way we relate to one another, to institutions, and with the future itself. We will become far more knowledgeable about the consequences of our actions; we will edit our behavior more quickly and intelligently.

Yup.
The opportunity gap disproportionately impacts low-income students of color.
Who are we, if not measured by our impact on others? That’s who we are! We’re not who we say we are, we’re not who we want to be — we are the sum of the influence and impact that we have, in our lives, on others.

Mauro Veglio Barbera d'Alba 2012 Incredible. Drunk with a collection of anti-pasti and a cauliflower pizza. Blackberries Bit of pepper
R Lopez Heredia Viña Tondonia Rioja 2002
I’m supposed to love this wine. Supposed to ogle its fullness as if I have a fetish. But… It’s Rioja.
Yes, probably the best Rioja, done perfectly. But I liked the blanco better.
Good fruit on this Incredible deep orangy-red tone Matured into something rich feeling
Eaten with left-over roast chicken and root veggies. Yeah. Leftovers. What?
Arbois Appelation Arbois Contrôlée Jacques Puffery Montigny-Les-Arsures Lightest colored red I've ever seen. Nearly orange Strawberry Little bit of raspberry Petrol Eaten with a roasted chicken with mushrooms and root veggies.
Allende 2010 Spanish Rioja Blanca Orange Touch of petrol Saffron Cinnamon Served with a crab cake, creamy Parmesan polenta and a puntarelle and avocado salad.
