I’d just love to know whose bright idea it was to make oil paint so damn expensive. Have manufacturers never heard the term “starving artist?” I know Pollocks and Van Goghs sell for like, trillions of dollars, but on a retail cashier’s salary, those prices are a bit out of line.

On a completely unrelated note, I’ll happily take donations to the Hadley Wants To Go To Art School Fund.
