Caleb’s story is fucking heart breaking, he never really had a chance to begin with because of Serac/Rehoboam.

Poor guy had to kill his best friend because Francis was going to kill him because the system decided he asked too many questions and he went into survival mode and was forced to forget about how it happened. He’s been used his whole life but I think him finally finding out the truth about Francis made him snap.

I do think he’s out for Serac’s head.

Caleb actually looked like he cared if he got shot this time in the first one. When faced with death the other times, it seemed like he was kinda wanting/begging for it or he was completely detached or both. I know it’s probably him being on Genre. But I don’t think he’s used to anyone putting their neck out for him.

Dolores may be artificial, but she’s been the only person that’s giving a shit about him* so he may or may not be falling for her hard, as a attempt not to feel so lonely. Finding out she’s probably using him or that she knows what Liam was talking about might piss him off to the point where he says she’s on her own.

Can we please talk about how Caleb wouldn’t let Liam die alone?! He tried calming him down, and putting pressure while seeing Francis the entire time

I definitely think when Liam said “you did it”, it was in connection to “You think I killed your friend.”

I’m ready to learn more about the history of these two. Clearly Francis was a very important person in Caleb’s life, and his death haunts him. It’s quite possible that the clip we see of Caleb on the ledge was after his death. Get me more Aaron Paul and Kid Cudi, damn it!

And why is it that no actual human cares about Caleb?! We’ve only seen the machines show some interest in him and that makes me really sad.

I know Rehoboam (which is a completely fucked up concept in itself) probably has a huge role to play in that.

Warren and the white bearded guy

Just by looking at the scenes in the last episode, and watching Warren I think he got raped maybe by the old guy. He was just a kid that got thrown into prison so maybe it was a if you do this for me I’ll protect you with the Aryan Brotherhood. All we really know about Warren is he had issues as a kid, he was a loner, and he’s been in prison for almost 20 years.

I don’t think Warren is guilty, i think something was going on with Warren and Lani because how else would he know the code? It’s going to be even sadder if Melanie dies before the whole truth comes out.

There’s 2 scenes in El Camino I really want to talk about. There will be spoilers in advance.

Scene 1: Jesse waking up at Skinny Pete’s

Basically I died inside watching this. Jesse pulling the gun on Badger and Skinny Pete made me cry. He went there having no where else to go, eats and clocks out almost instantaneously. The moment he wakes up he immediately sees the cage he’s been living in for almost a year and when he blinks, it’s gone. Then it hits him, oh shit it wasn’t a dream. And adrenaline kicks in and Jesse has to get out of there. In the midst of his panic, all he hears is the door open and all he thinks is he got caught again

The poor baby waves his gun at his friends. That shit was traumatizing for me and I was just watching it! And then the shower scene, dear god! Jack and his crew were terrible and they died way too quick.

Scene 2: “Pepperoni”

Who knew that single word would have the ability to purée your heart. That scene was so brilliant. I was watching it and was yelling at the tv don’t you hurt him. As Todd walks towards Jesse he backs up. That was brilliant of Todd to keep talking to Jesse about the pizza. All that part told me is Jesse’s got Stockholm’s Syndrome mixed with severe ptsd.

The movie was brilliant. I cried, laughed and wanted more. Thanks Vince, Aaron and everyone else

I’ve seen a lot of posts saying Mike’s appearance in El Camino is a flashback, I’ve seen it said maybe it’s a hallucination. I’m just wanting to dive a little into my hallucination theory.

What if Mike is Jesse’s hallucination? Mike became the closest thing to a father figure that Jesse had in the last 2 seasons of the show, so maybe as a way of being able to function with his trauma, he saw Mike and Mike was able to give him that “grace in the black water”.

We never saw Mike throw Jesse’s addiction in his face after they started getting close (cough cough Walt) hell we saw Mike give him his plate when he realized he was going through withdrawals. Sure Mike wanted to kill him at first, but the dynamics changed and Jesse proves himself to Mike.

We have no idea what the Nazi’s actually did to Jesse in exact detail other than they beat the hell out of him and killed Andrea and made him watch.

Add trauma, on top of trauma, on top of trauma, and your brain would try to prevent even more trauma and would create some type of safe haven to keep you somewhat sane and Jesse had to stay sane because he knew Evil Matt Damon and his crew of psychotic asshats would kill Brock.

I’m not saying by any means that’s what Mike’s appearance will bring and if you’ve read this far I commend you, I’m just exploring options.

I was mentioning to my partner that I wanted to write about Jesse Pinkman dealing with his trauma after the events of Breaking Bad and he made an offhand remark that I could pair him with a character like Dana Scully. I realized that the timing would line up with the breakup between IWTB and the revival, so here we are…

I love Bayley and Poussey

Let me start off by saying, I love Poussey and I love Bayley. So this may rub people wrong, but any who. I hate the writers picked those two specific characters, Poussey was the sweetest inmate and I can't watch her death without holding my chest. I feel sorry for both of them. I think Bayley should at least lose his job. He didn't mean to kill her and I refuse to say he murdered her (there's a difference. Murder shows intent, he was trying to restrain her and he was getting attacked.) He was the one guard who saw the inmates as people and We saw exactly what her death did to him, for fucks sake he didn't even know she was dead. And from the looks of it, he called the police. Because MCC drug their feet on it. He's going to want to be punished for this, and I'll be shocked if he doesn't try to kill himself, he's 21, it's been mentioned he's on antidepressants accidentally killing someone is going eat away at him. If Bayley was trained and knew what he was doing I'd be right there with everyone else but guess what. He wasn't trained. Why? Oh yeah. MCC. The prison system is fucked up, people get insane amounts of time for the small things while rapists and murderers a lesser sentence. I'm probably going to be considered a racist, and get all sorts of hate but whatever, I'm just saying what I think.

OITNB Spoiler Rant Ahead

To preface: I’m devastated over Poussey’s death. She was one of the best characters in the show, one of my favorites, and I cried the entirety of the last episode of this season.

HOWEVER, I disagree with the people who are in outrage over the fact that the show paints Bayley in a sympathetic light. I disagree with the people who say that he’s a cold blooded murderer.

Were these people even watching the same show I was?? Do they really think that things are that simple??

Bayley wasn’t properly trained, at all. He didn’t know how to properly restrain the inmates, and he certainly wasn’t prepared to do so while also fending off another. Suffocating Poussey was an accident, he didn’t realize what had happened. For fucks sake, the kid didn’t even know she was DEAD until his boss TOLD HIM.

And you know what?? He was DEVASTATED. He was torn up and in tears on the ride home, he wanted to go and apologize to her friends, try to tell them it was an accident and he didn’t want to hurt her.

Did you all forget how disgusted he was when the other guards forced Suzanne and Kukudio to fight?? He went and turned them in, because he was actually WORRIED ABOUT THE PRISONERS. HE WAS WORRIED BECAUSE THE OTHER CO’S WERE ABUSING THEIR POWER AND HURTING PEOPLE AND HE WANTED TO STOP IT.

Does that sound like someone who would intentionally kill someone in his care??

Poussey’s death was a tragedy. But it was an accident. Bayley was in way over his head from the very start.

And the people saying he was a horrible person, that he was a murderer, were obviously not paying ANY fucking attention.
