Mission accomplished and 3 hours wasted, we all went about our days.

On top of that he’s known for hella godmodding in threads, harassing and stalking his partners that he gloms onto because they have a male fc he’s super attracted to, blatantly ignores female characters because he’s not interested in m/f romance/smut, ignores rp lore, and has been kicked out of a few groups, like Empire and Corinth Bay to name a couple recent ones that I know of, for his behavior. He’s also been racist and misogynistic with the premade characters and lore he’s created in his own rps. And when he’s kicked out and called out for his shit? Gaslighting for days to paint himself as a victim. He’s still going on about drama from 2015 where he was 100% the aggressor and problem.
I know it sounds crazy and conspiratory. That rpc-hard-truths talks a lot like how Nolan does, using “staff” as opposed to “admin” or “mod,” and I bet is about to rehash the whole shit he did from his perspective again. The above was in March, the below was in April. (these screenshots were taken a few months ago after Nando was FULLY banned twice from JCC, the second time was because he managed to ban evade)

So I’ma let you finish, but I first would like to point out to the rest of the class that you are not pursuing a police investigation. Don’t even try that.
As someone who actually works in the field, I’m going to call you out on your bluff.
See the thing is, any time there is stalking involved in a case, especially one that is ‘on-going’, the first thing that any therapist, counselor, police officer or lawyer will tell the person is to stop engaging with their ‘stalker’. That is not something that varies from state to state, it’s something that is UNIVERSAL across the board.
That means avoiding any form of communication, acknowledgment, or participation in their attempts to contact or provoke you, and also you doing absolutely nothing to provoke them.
You know what that includes? Going to public forums/mediums where you know they are frequent and purposely posting things that involve them, inadvertently or purposely, to get a reaction out of them.
You wanna know why that is?
Because that could potentially put you in physical danger, for one. Provoking can lead to escalation, which any normal person would want to avoid at all costs.
Did you know that exactly what you’re doing right now, would also call into question the admissibility of your evidence in legal proceedings? Meaning saying what you are now, could easily invalidate any evidence collected, if not make the police drop the investigation COMPLETELY. Which if it’s anything like the stuff you sent to the advertising blogs would be thrown out in court for being hearsay anyway (like your convos with Bee), but I digress. Engaging can also stop someone from getting a protection order, or open the ‘victim’ for civil or criminal charges, including, but not limited to, harassment and defamation, which is exactly what you’re doing right now.
You would know that if you actually talked to the police or a lawyer.
Hell, even your supposed therapist would have advised that the moment you told them you suspected someone was stalking you that you should back the fuck off.
What I’m getting at is that if you were really pursuing a case, as you say you are, you would not be here on Tumblr. I distinctly remember you sent me one of your ‘pieces of evidence’, (that you also sent to several blogs and communities, I'm told) where you talk to your Jake account and mention (paraphrasing) Jonesy is Steph, they're one in the same, not two people. HERE IS A STEPH, I wasn't crazy or misremembering your 'proof'. She actually did exist! She was an admin that kicked you out of a Tumblr rpg and got harassed for years for it and went on a similar smear campaign. What more, she's linked to one of your accounts that you were known as Nolan under.

In a post on your ZackNovak account, if it wasn’t already clear, you posted a screenshot where you clearly state you're Nolan with screenshot of your MatchlessFalcon (edit to add, user id: 289874921985802240) discord convo where you were trying to prove you didn’t steal anything.

I’m not going to get into the nit and gritty of it all. I could literally spend all day going through every point of yours and pulling something out to discredit you.
Thusly, I think I have factually proven the following:
You gaslight.
You harass.
You lie.
You steal codes and information from games you join.
You use that to make your own.
You’ve done this on both forums and tumblr.
You make up shit because you try to run people out of the rpc.
Mostly women, from the looks of things.
You pretend to be multiple people with your sock puppet accounts.
You’re an attention-seeking narcissist.
So TL:DR.
You’re full of shit. And if there is even a slight chance you do have a police officer working a case I would appreciate the number to the lead investigator and the case number, or your lawyer’s number. I’d like to have a conversation with them and would like to forward said information to the person you are accusing, which is their legal right.
But that won’t happen. Because everything you accuse is lies. Your so-called proof is thinner than tissue paper, and you have nothing to show other than convos with disgruntled past members of their site, who were kicked for their deplorable behavior towards them and their members. Again, Bee and probably Sea too, yea? And whoever you scraped off the bottom of the barrel.
Moral of the story: Don’t accuse someone of being a pedo just because you were rejected for being a creep.
