Its been a while since i have posted. I have so many thoughts to share. I am expiriencing spikes in moods and i recently started taking a supplement called dhea for estrogen and also added maca to my diet. I dont know who i want to win this fight or maybe its sweeter this way. The way that i feel i need to be alone to finally deal with my well..... deals. Organize a life finally. I have all of the pieces and they are falling. Even if i cant see it they are into place. It feels like a cavity sometimes ... Days i cant understand you. Days i would laugh at people feeling anxious.. Then there are days where that is i. I have formulas and there are days i feel on fire im motivated and im trying. Then .. You get it .. If i dont feel i dont do it. So, since your just joining me on this journey i am battling anxiety and depression With my affirmations my herbs my spells and grattitude. It works about 60% of the time but i have dark days. I fight to get those away from me. The people around me notice and they judge me for it. I dont blame them i didnt realize it was this severe. But i am sure after my millionth breakdown (today) that this darkness isnt welcomed. I figured out my triggers , i figured out how to cope and that is to share it. Because thats how i feel self validation .. Connecting with you.. I like learning how other people deal with this. I am always looking for solutions and ya girl aint ashamed. I talk regular shit about depression, and people who have it. And i need to just go through it as optimistic as i can. I will fight for my sucess and a better life for my son. I will help my community in some way and i will always keep making music even if i have to do it on my phone and headphones. I just need a new groove and im gonna get everything i want when im not afraid to fail, be alone and have patience.
