Guys i was always like “oh im never gonna be one of those girls” as a kid like referring to the girls who like pink, are obsessed with boys, do their makeup, and like all that and now i am! Its so crazy to think i became what i hated at the time

So basically like in my freshman year of highschool i was friends with this girl and she was like everything. at the time i was like cool friend wtv wtv. then she moved schools like abruptly and i was like no what the h but like we stayed friends right. Erm fast forward a bit i have an insane crush on her like insane and we like don’t talk a lot. i wanna talk to her more i just have no idea how i would even start a convo. i was thinking like maybe i should send her a game pigeon like iMessage games but idk

A little something i wrote just now listening to some sad instrumentals felt like painting a picture

You walk into the bar and she’s standing at the opposite end from you. You’re heart racing at the sight of her, you felt a mix of anxiety and excitement. You haven’t seen her since the break up and its like a pathway is lit up towards her. You begin walking you can feel your heart nearly about to jump out of your chest and in that moment the world stopped turning, everyone disappeared from site; it was just the two of you and she was magnetic. You finally get to her and you realize it isn’t her. Its someone who looked almost exactly like her though small things were different: the way her lips curved into a smile, her scent, the twinkle in her eye— “I- I’m so sorry” you said having tapped her shoulder. Then you walked away, you had waited and wished for that moment, every clover, every dandelion, every lucky penny, a wish. A wish that she would come back, a wish that things could go back to how they were, that you two could be happy again. Even so, she never came back, things never mended and you weren’t happy. There was no magic, no wishing well or four leaf clover could get her back to you. It was over and you were stuck grieving someone who hadn’t yet passed.
