I attend to my studies and sword practice and enjoy the musings of my sister, but without those things I might admit that I'd die of boredom. I always imagined being in the king's guard would be adventurous and possess purpose but it's fairly uninteresting.

We are young and the King's trust is far less about actual trust and more about the connections within the kingdom.

I’m sure it might taste the same to you. All the casks of Arbor red I brought were for the king, but I enjoyed them on the road.

My taste for fine wine is not as as bold as my father's, after all it results in the same end which are fights and bedding women. Perhaps stealing the wine from the King would prove a good plan.
