Christopher Kenneth George Anthony Hill (born 1960), Swiss national, Jamaican born - allegedly pulling the Ponzi scheme on professional athletes
Christopher Kenneth George Anthony Hill (https://twitter.com/KChris_Hill) presenting himself as investment banker from Switzerland who does wealth management to athletes, their families and managers has became unwelcome within professional basketball circles in Europe but also in United States due to his financial wrongdoings.
Mr.Hill operates since early 90s and usually targets underage athletes and their families from disadvantaged ex communist countries like Balkan countries offering financial guidance and representation for professional athletes as they leave their countries even before turning 18 and go to play professionally, even though he has no basketball knowledge neither managerial license.
His Ponzi scheme works in a way that he offers athletes marketing representation through his Swiss based company INDEVCO Entertainment & Media Management GmbH, once athletes or more often clubs pay out portion of the players contract to Mr.Hil's company, he invests it and manages the money without visibility to often very young athletes.
At the same time, he offers personal investment banking services saying he will invest players money in Switzerland, usually through one of his other Swiss companies, while he doesn't really do it (he does not anymore hold trader license) but rather uses players money to ask banks for loans, issue credit cards, finance his own luxury lifestyle, his kids private schools etc.
Only if firmly pressed to return money or if player asks for withdrawal, Mr.Hill takes any money left from the account of that same or another player to pay it out thus running elaborate Ponzi scheme in which he also involved his own son Noah Hill, currently a student, as well as some previously high profile people from basketball club, one of which was arrested in Barcagate scandal in Spain.
According to our sources Mr.Hill has been sued or in mediations were initiated by several high profile managers and players who work and played or still play in Europe and NBA over last decade, as he refuses to return their money or allow them access their accounts.
