Day 2: 💚🔥💚🔥💚🔥💚 Day started @2am with a 18knt steam with Capt. Mike at the helm to shoals. Started off rough for me today with @dmerg75 striking pay dirt early with a solid 10lb’er....setting the bar high from the bell. Then my brother @jodywellz @getthegafffishing1 brings one to net at 10lb’s sparking an early pool debate💰💰💰 2hrs in and still not a fish in the box for me🤔🤨....someone(names concealed for protection) decided to start heckling me so I had to remind him that I ALWAYS get my fish💯💯💯made me go in my bag and pull out my @connley_fishing Kryptonite Rod🎣💚🟢💚🎣 and go to work....put a couple 8 and 9’s in the box, and then 💥💥💥hung into one that I knew was “different”....after a slow and steady drag pulling give and take Capt. Mike brought her over the gunnel👀👀👀.....my NEW Personal Best!!!!! 15+lbs🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥Biggest Fluke caught to date on the F/V Emma Jack!!!!! not often that you get to catch the two biggest fluke of your life in a fishing trip......best part is today we watched her swim away.
