Inspired by a recent day when the temperature here, with the wind-chill, was minus 45 Fahrenheit (minus 42 Celsius). Time for FitzSimmons to have some clothed sex!

The fic is called A Certain Energy, is rated Mature, and is 1,800 words.
Summary: After Season 3, FitzSimmons are not granted that trip to the Seychelles, but they are allowed a few days at a remote cottage in Perthshire.
So here’s my year in review for art! I felt like I drew a lot, but looking back over everything I posted for the year, it wasn’t nearly as much as I thought I did, especially evidenced by that gaping black hole in July. I’m not sure I see much progress in terms of getting better, either, but that might be better measured by looking at my 2017 year in review. In any case, I plan to keep up with it, and here’s looking forward to a 2019 filled with more art and more pushing my own envelope to get even better at what I do.

The fic is called “Problem Solved”, is rated Teen and Up, and is 2,600 words. Summary: Jemma Simmons and Leo Fitz are the star students at the Academy, despite their young ages. They are also best friends who are obsessed with science and who each harbor a secret. And they are wondering why their fellow students decided to hold a masquerade ball.

Thanks for the questions! #3 is “favorite line/scene” you wrote this year. I’m going to go with this passage from Hardened by Pressure. The story is post-Season 5, FrozenFitz has been rescued, and he and Simmons have insisted on having some time together at a BnB in Perthshire. I just like the moment and the notion of them having some quiet time.
@ready-to-kick-some-ass this is way too much fun! For #14, “a fic you didn’t expect to write”, I will go with Friction. I was beta testing @janedoh1‘s “A Static Relationship” and got completely swept up in it. I just was lost in the moment, and had to write my fic Friction as a spin-off and tribute.

There is no show more undervalued or under-appreciated than Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD… or so we thought! According to a Parrot Analytics study, the very first MCU television show is more popular than any of the Marvel shows that are currently on Netflix.
Agents of SHIELD is unique in many ways, one being that it gets better with each new season. Despite this fact, the show is in danger of cancellation every year, with its sixth season being cut down to 13 episodes. This journey of possible cancellation has been harrowing for the die-hard fans, who will surely be ecstatic to learn of the show’s worldwide popularity.
According to the Screen Rant exclusive, Agents of SHIELD is even more popular than Daredevil, which is Netflix’s most in-demand superhero show. To find this data, Parrot Analytics doesn’t just looks at the Nielsen ratings. They measure their statistics based on “everything from global file-sharing and peer-to-peer traffic to social media activity”.
It turns out, Agents of SHIELD is in the “top 0.3 percent of in-demand TV shows worldwide”. It is both extremely surprising and gratifying to learn the show’s numbers are higher than The Originals, Supergirl, Arrow, and Fear The Walking Dead.
Agents of SHIELD has never done well in real-time viewing, most likely because ABC has constantly changed their air time, however, we do know the show does very well in other countries and in delayed viewing. The results of this Parrot study is something we’ve suspected, but are beyond ecstatic to have confirmed.
Between the complex characters, invigorating storylines, and overall charm, Agents of SHIELD is arguably the most compelling show on network television. If you’ve hesitated in giving it a try, this new study is proof that it is worth your time.
There are currently two big questions about the upcoming season. First, how will the show tie-in the events of Infinity War? There’s speculation that they might jump ahead in time to avoid the Thanos snap, but we won’t know for a while. Second, it’s still unclear if a certain star is set to return (Executive Producers, Maurissa Tancharoen and Jed Whedon, are on Jon Snow-level lockdown with this information, which leads us to believe the actor will return).
Agents of SHIELD will return to ABC next summer, with Clark Gregg directing the season premiere. The first five seasons are currently streaming on Netflix, so get binging!

Sci-Ops Era FitzSimmons are roommates and best friends. Will Jemma overhearing what Fitz does behind closed door change their relationship? Or will they continue to ignore their feelings?
