Garrus looked at her. “Am I going to be fine?” He asked, shaking slightly

He stood up but was nearly shot back down. He curse and pulled out his hand gun. “Get me my thermal clips from the ground.” He said stepping in front of him.

She swore and grabbed the clips, handing it to him.

He started to move her back, taking a few shots, it clipping his armor. He heard a rocket and cursed pushing her down. Debris dropped down and crush in his armor, making it stab into him. He coughed blood into the ground next to her. “Are you okay?”

She didnt even hear him, rushing to examine his new wounds. “Where does it hurt the most? Are you feeling light headed? Is your vision clear?”

He pushed the debris off of him and picked her up stumbling to get back to the ship. “No time.”

“You’re an idiot,” she scolded. “Now put me down there’s no need to strain yourself.”

He looked down at her. “I’m an idiot that is going to save your ass.” He grunted taking another shot.

“Stop trying to be a hero!” She cried, not struggling for fear of hurting him.

He gasped in pain as a geth shot his shoulder. His pave slowed as he started getting dizzier. He then dropped her and passed out, geth shooting at her.

She managed get out of the way in time, kneeling by Garrus’ side. There had to be something she could do, but he had lost too much blood.

His radio buzzed with his comrades asking for a status up date. “Garrus. This is joker. Come on man I need to know where you are.”

Jane picked up the radio. “It’s Jane. Garrus is… Out of commission. Kind of in a pinch here.”

Joker cursed slightly. “Alright Jane can you tell me where you are?”

"Yes, well, I would if I knew where we are. Don't these things have some sort of GPS?" She started to attempt to drag Garrus into a more secluded area.

"Listen to me, you are going to be fine."

Garrus looked at her. “Am I going to be fine?” He asked, shaking slightly

She pulled the last one out and wiped down the tweezers. “Okay. So now we need to bandage you up. I mean, I’d prefer to stitch you up or cauterize the wound, but I dont think thats happening. And no bandages.” She looked at the corpse of the medicine man and the clothes that covered his body. No. Gross. Also stained in blood already which would only contaminate Garrus. She blew hair out of her face as she looked around.

He started to get up to help her only to fall back, dizzy and blood dripping out of his wound. “Shit….shit…”

She helped him to lie back down. “No no, not yet. Just a little bit longer, I promise.”

He nodded and gripped her hand. “Don’t leave…”

She laughed quietly. “Wasnt planning on it. Just stay calm okay?”

He nodded and watched her. “We need to hurry.”

“I know. I just need bandages.” She looked around then down at her rather long skirt. She swore and tore the hem, careful not to expose herself. “I loved this skirt,” she groaned before dressing his wound with it.

He chuckled and placed a hand in her bare leg. “I will get you a new one.”

She reddened. “That’s fine. And I’m trying to focus here, so if you could please…”

He looked at his hand and slowly slid it up. But stopped and laughed. “I’m kidding” he purred and lifted his hand.
