Not a rant but just wanted to get this out of my chest. it's been 6 mons, managing 2 separate teams with 16 programs, different approach and product on each programs. Kahit sabihin mung minimal supervision, maliit lang na headcount Likeeeee whaaaaattt!!!!

I'm so lost and can't focus what to prio most of the time. Task are piling up, back to back meetings AND the WORST, I still have NO PAPER! I know I need to earn it first but I'm freaking tired bruh.
