Jacq let out a short but somewhat high pitch eep! Much like a deerling might ‘pon hearing the sound of the snapping of a twig! My, and he wasn’t even sure what it was until his gaze passed over onto the large hand--then followed it up the arm and over onto the man’s face.

Voice shook a moment before improvising itself into something more suave--if one could call it that--hesitation turning to a sort of smooth texture to his voice.
