BRITTANY’S STYLE: My style is hard to explain, since it is always changing (as cliche as that it). The best way to put it is- 1970’s trailer trash/ heavy metal/ Harley Davidson motorcycles/ with good shoes, short shorts, and something leather.
INSPIRATION: Old biker movies, antique swap meets, Coca-cola.
WHAT IS ONE THING YOU’D LIKE TO SEE CHANGE IN THE FASHION INDUSTRY? I think throughout the past few years the fashion industry has become a lot more accepting of self-expression, which is really cool. Promoting colored hair on runways, and tattooed models in ad campaigns is a big stretch from what industry used to be like. In that case, the industry has reached it’s goal, in my book.
STYLE CRUSH: My style crush list can go on for days, but Jinx Dawson from Coven is on the top of the list.
IMPACT: I think most young people get this impression that the Fashion industry is a perfect and glamorous industry. Anyone who works in the industry can agree that it is not a glamorous industry. It’s hardwork.
SPRING AWAKENING: Although I don’t really follow seasonal trends, I will always love a good old band t-shirt and my favorite leather vest.
SUMMER LOVIN: Hopefully I get to travel this summer. I would love to visit to Berlin, or make my way back to London. As for what I’m listening to; I’m always spinning Sabbath on vinyl, and I will always be rocking hot pants and a pair of platform shoes. Those are a must.
