This was a huge collab MONTHS in the making, we started this in JANUARY for reference. My Bill (Dusk) is the one with the Top-hat Crown.

I hate will cipher so have my own interpretation called coin decipher

so coin decipher here is a stoic but actually quite caring creature, opposite from bill who quite shows a lot of emotion's and selfishness

Bill was inspired by a dollar illuminati bill, i Thought what could be an opposite to a paper bill

Cipher -> decipher
