I wanted to yapp a little about my my howl's moving castle drawing

Suuuper proud of it, but do you ever flip values on something ur working on and it makes it look a million times cooler than anything you could ever come up with?

Like why does it kinda slap?

Anyways really happy with this one, the lineart is finaly crisp, good job me :)

I just know when the Ymbrynes are together without their wards there the silliest people ever, imagine the Ymbrynes at a meeting (not a real one, the type where they meet up and have tea and smoke) and they'll tease each other about things they did during their academy days or embarrassing things they did while in bird form, and baby photos, no one really knows how but miss Avocet and miss bunting have all their baby photos ever taken.

i just want to preface something as i’m realizing now i wasn’t very specific: selecting characters to receive means that you are open to receiving them, but it’s not definite that you will. so for example, if you selected the entirety of the main cast to receive, there’s a chance that your gifter only wants to create a gift for a handful of them! so those are the characters who will be selected as part of your gift, just so no one gets overwhelmed! :)

that is unless you only selected like. one or two characters, especially as part of a pairing / ship.

im terrible at explaining so if you do have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask them in my direct messages or inbox! 🥹 sorry for any confusion.

ALSO! it’s operating a lot like the secret santa event from this winter! so we highly advise that you do not share who your assigned person is, just to keep it a fun surprise.

hey guys! ive had this little idea for a while now, and figured now would be a good time to do it. the date span of it is rather short, and i should have talked about it earlier, but i think it's still possible and would be a fun thing to do! :)

15 years ago on june 7th, the first miss peregrine's home for peculiar children book was published.

what better way to celebrate the 15 year anniversary than with a little collab! one featuring the protagonist behind it all, jacob.

this collab is truly very simple; no spots to take, no certain background or thing to be doing in said picture, no certain medium to draw on; the rules are this:

and that's it! it can be digital or traditional, as fancy or as simply as you want it, as long as he (jacob) is drawn from about middle bisep up! just a simple portrait photo of him :) this collab is open to anyone, you don't have to ask to be a part of it, just make-a-jake (with or without a background) and make sure that i see it so i can add it to a big collab at the end!

since the anniversary is the 7th, i will be taking pictures of him up until that day, june 7th. i know that is less than a week! but i think the simplicity of the drawing will give people that want to participate enough time! :)
