Set in 1970s Georgia, Redlining The Film follows a Black family and a white family who share the same property. When the parents pass away, one question changes everything: Who inherits the house and why?

I’m very pleased to share that Redlining The Film, a film I co-wrote with Lee Garlington, co-produced with Steve Campbell, co-starred, and directed, has been selected for two film festivals Tarzana International and the Indiewood Hollywood in Los Angeles and one in Palm Springs Cinema Diverse.

Whenever I see someone receive an award or have their work chosen for a festival, I always understand the instinct to name every person who helped bring that vision to life. Because the truth is, you do not make a film by yourself. You make it with your community.

I have often thought of myself as a lone wolf in this business, but working on REDLINING reminded me that I am surrounded by talented, generous, deeply committed artists who want to work at a higher level and lift one another up. Their support has meant more to me than I can properly express, and I will continue to support them in return.
