While it is good to spread awareness of their actions, they are getting engagement from this (referring to the people poking fun at them or shittalking I had no better way of formatting this im sorry) Engaging with them in such ways will only encourage them to continue and will only draw more attention to their content. Chimera is an adult, they fully understand the social consequences they will experience while posting this kind of content, and it has been shown time and time again that they don't care. They will do anything they can to justify their actions so they can keep making said content. It's just what happens on the internet. Most you can do is just block and spread awareness in other spaces. You can't force a person to stop a bad habit, it will only make them do it more, and this goes for any situation. If someone is denying help, then don't try to "help" them. Let them do their thing, there's only so much you can do, and it is to not end up like them yourself. Sparklecare in itself isn't a very large fandom and so already Chimera gains little attention. Leave them to the people that like their content.
Lets be honest, harassment solves nothing and that goes for both sides. Not Chimera's best decision to post incest content on main tag but I'm pretty sure a large majority of the SC fandom hates incest so let's all do our part and block them and move on. This doesn't mean you can't tell people what they did, I'm just trying to find a way to mediate the situation best I can, I'm sure many people can agree that there are much better solutions to these kinds of issues then back and forth shittalking /lh
