The following is an induction that uses spirals to drop the user into a trance. The induction will bring the reader back out of trance when reading is finished. Only continue reading if you wish to be hypnotised.

Spinning round and round endlessly

It feels so good to watch it spin
I want you to imagine the spiral as a staircase
Each turn sends you deeper down the stair case
Each spin taking you deeper and deeper
Not able to see the bottom
It's so relaxing isn't it?
Watching it spin round and round
You can feel your stress melting away
Your body beginning to relax
Starting from the bottom of your body
Your feet feeling warm and relaxed
Your muscles becoming loose
As this warm relaxing feeling
Slowly spreads up your legs
The feeling is working it's way up your legs now
Making the bottoms of your legs
As it continues spreading
Making the lower half of your body
It feels so good to let go
To let your body final relax
The deeper you go into the spiral
The more relaxed your body becomes
The feeling spreading more now
All the way up to your shoulders
You can feel yourself take a deep breath of relief
As all that stress is melted away
The feeling spreading down your arms now
Shaking off all the stress
Making the tops of your arms feel loose and relaxed
The feeling spreading more
Slowly working it's way down to your fingers
Your whole body covered now
Completely empty of stress
You can feel yourself getting so incredibly deep now
Deeper than you have ever been
The feeling starts to spread up your neck
Making your neck feel warm
Slowly spreads over your head
More relaxed than you have ever been
To finally let all the stress
Disappear into the spiral
The relaxation is soaking in now
Slowly soaking into your mind
Washing away all the thoughts
The colours from the spiral starting to soak in
As the colours slowly wash away
Each spin pushing out more and more
Slowly becoming faster and faster
The colours taking over your mind
Pushing out all your thoughts
Leaving you incredibly relaxed
Completely empty of stress
Completely empty of thoughts
Completely empty of feelings
It is starting to soak up my words like a sponge now
Each word sinking deeper and deeper into your empty mind
Becoming deep and powerful thoughts
To let someone else take over
To let someone else do the thinking for you
Each word sinking deeper than the last
My words are filling your mind now
Becoming deep and powerful thoughts
Each one more powerful than the last
It feels so so effortless
As they send you deeper and deeper
Becoming more and more powerful
Each of my words are incredibly powerful
