But she _had _thought she would never see him again, and she had accepted that unfortunate thought a long time ago, yet here he was. “What made you come back?”

Jackson had to clench his jaw to stop his emotions overcoming him. He was never good with emotions, he was just a rascal who caused trouble. “I...came back to find you.” He paused, his head lowering slightly, still not wanting to leave the embrace. “Bouncer apparently has dirt on me that i want no one else to know too.” He shrugged, remembering the letter he’d received.

Robyn paused for a moment, letting her thoughts get the best of her. She hadn’t seen her brother in twelve years, and in those twelve years, so much had happened. And she hadn’t expected to see him here, of all places… “Jackson?” Her voice broke, and in a second she closed the distance between the two of them, hugging him tight. “I missed you.”

Jackson stood there in silence, watching her cautiously. He’d never missed anyone more. The pair were inseparable before he left, the girl before him was the most important thing in his life and leaving her had been his biggest mistake. “It’s me Robs.” He whispered softly. Wrapping his arms around the petite girl tightly. His eyes squeezing shut as he inhaled her scent, keeping her close. “I missed you too. So much. I'm so sorry, so so sorry.”

Jackson drooped his head, he had left her. All those years ago. “Robs, it’s me.” He muttered, using his old abbreviation, it was still too soon for nicknames. “Rob- Robyn...please.” He pleaded, his eyes portraying his pain.
