Refusal to Pay or Acknowledge the Creator of Palaeophis

The creation of Paleophis was by an entirely different developer that assisted Predatoria with implementation into the game. However, Pred did not pay the developer, or even give them a shred of acknowledgement publicly. Causing the community to assume that it was created by Predatoria entirely.

Mistreatment of Contractors & Mishandling of Funds

Predatoria, the founder and lead developer of Beasts of Bermuda, approached one of the contractors they hired to help work on the game. He failed to properly file all tax information before contracting the individual, and so the following interaction ensues.

The contractor did eventually leave the development team and was approached by a user asking why they left. To which they informed them that they left due to mishandling of funds, lies, and refusal to pay for the contractors work. Even when the contractor would make significant price adjustments to their work in order to make it easier on Predatoria, since he would constantly claim that funds were tight.

On December 24, 2025 Predatoria decides to finally confront the statements publicly.

Predatoria answers a variety of questions. Stating that they do retreive contractor social security numbers via Discord. The contractor he is speaking of did see his responses, and had their own thoughts.

The community came across a discussion Predatoria was having publicly in chat with a handful of other users at the time. Discussing a problematic user before assuming the user must have autism due to their behavior.

Upon the community coming across this conversation, many users didn't take it well. Especially due to the fact most of the Beasts of Bermuda playerbase is neurodivergent.

After the community called him out on the issues, Predatoria began banning users that responded to his messages under the guise of banning for extreme negativity and harassment. Even banning those that hadn't participated in any hostility.

why is privacy so eroded. I get treated like a nutcase if I say no, I don't want strange companies taking pictures of my home and putting them online for maps or whatever.
