When women used to be depressed or were not “taking care of their men” properly their husbands could send them to the psych ward for attitude adjustments. This was part of conditioning them to always wear a smile. They believed that if a woman saw herself smiling that it would become natural practice and that she would be “cured”. This often went along with shock therapies.

Photos Of Darren Wilson’s Injuries Released

New photos of Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson were released Monday after St. Louis County Prosector Robert McCulloch announced a grand jury had chosen not to indict the officer for the death of 18-year-old Michael Brown.

The photos show injuries Wilson sustained in the exchange he had with Brown before he shot and killed the teenager. The photos were presented as evidence to the grand jury.

6 months ago my girlfriend and I took in a local dog who was roaming our neighborhood. I never thought i’d open my heart to her the way we did. I fell in love with her even though i knew thr possibilty of her having health problems was very real. I cried knowing that her previous owners kept her outside in the yard, with stale food, and dirty water. I promised her that i’d make sure she would never go hungry and get proper medical treatment. I promised that i would walk and play with her every day. Shes three years old, only three, but still had such a puppy qaulity about her.yesterday we found out she has kidney problems, and were given two choices. We could choose to fight and pay up to 3000 dollars or we could give up on her and put her to sleep. It was a no brainer and instantly me and allison made the choice to fight for her. Shes only three and has brought us and all the people who have met her such joy. Please even if im a stranger…help and donate even a dollar.
