These are a few photos that inspired my design for my Mapped Image of Citizens Bank Park. I realized at first that this stadium has enough unique pieces that I could map it from the aerial map. I also realized that if I mapped anything else it would be weird, because I'm a Philadelphia kid. The green outfield grass inspired me because I think that that shade of green is very appealing in an image. It livens the image and the smell of outfield grass makes me very happy. The "LOVE" sign in the park was part inspiration because some of the fonts around the stadium are roughly the same font as this perched sign. My image of the ballpark from a camera literally sitting on home plate made me realize how cool of a place "The Bank" is and needed to be shared! - Julius
