Rose Shaped Baked Apple Dessert…RECIPE
creative food is a rare reblog for me, but this is too cool to ignore!
Growing succulents indoors has been big on my list. I found these (and other) beauties a few weeks ago, brought them home and transplanted them in a mixture of soil and stone. I wasn’t sure how they’d take, but their vigor confirms happiness.

A figurative sculpture I’ve been working on. Its a slow process, but very enjoyable to watch it come together. For anyone who’s interested I’ll share more images as it evolves.
Me in my favorite place to play guitar and ukulele. From last summer, 2013.
The album cover for E.O.L. (The title is from the song of the same name)

A set I’m working on for a music video…maybe it’s the clutter that makes it feel realistic.
Excrement of Love, JD BUMP (EOL):
This is the title track from my first homemade album of songs I wrote and recorded. It was my attempt to deal with a breakup in a bitter, yet hopefully entertaining and occasionally humorous way. This song features such lyrical gems as, “all the crap you couldn’t handle you shoved down my throat,” and “I’ve been sh*t on quite enough.” It even introduces a new word- sexcrement, obviously a hybrid between sex and excrement. If the idea of a song about crappy love doesn’t appeal to you, then before you listen please look back into your past to a time when you were in a bad relationship. Back to a time when someone treated you as if you were lower than dirt… the worst kind of dirt…POOP!!! Okay now you’re ready to listen.
